About the Job

We’re looking to fill a Multi-Media Communications role in our award-winning Communications team. This role is responsible for creating content for our social channels, producing presentations, drafting press releases, brainstorming fresh ideas, driving new concepts, creating app posts that build staff advocacy and engagement and delivering digital and video content that people will love. You’ll work across multiple platforms including the web, email, social and our app.

Primary Job Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

  • Create, edit and publish content (stories, press releases, presentations, infographics, etc.) for multiple audiences on a variety of platforms.
  • Expand Concentrix’s social network with messaging and visuals (blogs, memes, videos, etc.)
  • Increase staff engagement with digital content for our app.
  • Source and create engaging, audience-specific content with an emphasis on editorial standards, quality, accuracy and searchability.
  • Track, analyze and report on data related to content.
  • Conceptualize, create, edit and manage production of video, digital and print materials with design and brand teams.
  • Establish priorities for specific video and presentation requests and revises schedule according to availability of clients or staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related fields preferred.
  • History of creating long form (articles, blogs, PowerPoints) and short form (e-mails, tweets, graphics, posters) content.
  • Experience writing business-to-business content for the services marketplace.
  • PC/Mac proficiency with Adobe applications (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel).
  • Graphic, HTML and web design abilities are a plus.
