Position: Technical Support Associate I

Job Description: Can you setup a basic home wireless network?   What’s a Z-wave mesh network?  If you understand these concepts, this program will let your inner geek shine through!

Base pay is $12.50 plus benefits (medical, dental & vision plans available)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting connection, configuration and automation issues
  • Ability to walk customers through navigating the product and/or mobile application
  • Ability communicate effectively and adapt style when conversing across multiple channels (i.e phone, chat, email)
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
  • Ability to quickly retain knowledge regarding new programs, policies and promotions
  • Attention to detail when recording and categorizing guest concerns
