We’re looking for a tenacious, disruptive, bold Head of Commercial Sales for Tigerspike America!

Concentrix, a $5B world leader of customer engagement services, is in search of an entrepreneurial, dynamic Head of Commercial Sales for its Tigerspike America Division. What you’ll be doing as Head of Commercial Sales

  • Leading your team to generate exceptional new business sales across 10 verticals including: tech, travel & transportation, insurance, retail and others
  • Developing best practices to support compensation strategy, account plans, quotas and sales and account management execution
  • Developing a thorough understanding of prospects’ and clients’ short and long-term strategic requirements
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales Support, Delivery, Finance, and other departments to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Providing customer and market intelligence to the business in order to further develop product and solutions and strategy
  • Providing strategic sales direction and guidance to the executive team and senior leaders
  • Serving as a thought leader and Subject Matter Expert for clients, external associations, analyst firms and more
  • Leading and organizing multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline–oriented environment

Our dream candidate’s qualifications include:

  • Experience:  10+ years leadership, with significant focus on B2B, creative and consultative sales in the digital products and services industry
  • Leadership: A progressive self-starter who thrives on building and leading high-performance sales teams and excels at high-level thinking and execution as well as influencing peers to achieve common goals
  • Thought Leadership: External recognition as a Subject Matter Expert on emerging trends and industry practices
  • Communication Skills: Above-average oral, written and visual communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multitude of individuals across the organization    
  • Creativity: Proven ability to think outside the box, champion important projects, programs and business initiatives with high energy and ingenuity
  • Education: College degree or equivalent experience
