We’re looking for a tenacious, disruptive, bold VP Sales, Digital Marketing Solutions and IT Services!

Concentrix, a $5B world leader of customer engagement services, is in search of an entrepreneurial, dynamic VP of Sales to lead its high value Emerging Business division, which includes Digital Marketing Solutions and IT Services.

This role requires a fast paced, exceptionally competitive, results oriented, leader who passionately drives a sales team and the company to achieve new heights. This role will be focused on explosive growth and the ability to build a high-performance sales team that positions Concentrix far above the competition. The ability to delivery outcomes quickly is CRUCIAL.

What you’ll be doing as Vice President Sales

  • Leading your team to generate exceptional new business sales across several verticals with a significant focus on automotive and tech
  • Developing best practices to support compensation strategy, account plans, quotas and sales and account management execution
  • Developing a thorough understanding of prospects’ and clients’ short and long-term strategic requirements
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Sales Support and other departments to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Providing customer and market intelligence to the business in order to further develop product and solutions and strategy
  • Providing feedback to Operations and Finance regarding Concentrix strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Providing strategic sales direction and guidance to the executive team and senior leaders
  • Serving as a thought leader and Subject Matter Expert for clients, external associations, analyst firms and more
  • Leading and organizing multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline–oriented environment

Our dream candidate’s qualifications include:

  • Experience:  A proven track record of sales success with 10+ years of B2B, creative and consultative sales leadership experience
  • Leadership: A progressive self-starter who thrives on building and leading high-performance sales teams and excels at high-level thinking and execution as well as influencing peers to achieve common goals
  • Thought Leadership: External recognition as a Subject Matter Expert on emerging trends and industry practices
  • Communication Skills: Above-average oral, written and visual communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multitude of individuals across the organization    
  • Creativity: Proven ability to think outside the box, champion important projects, programs and business initiatives with high energy and ingenuity
  • Education: College degree or equivalent experience
