Associate Director- Creative Services

What you will be doing

  • Drive a consistent brand identity for Concentrix internally and externally across all content formats – online & offline
  • Convey the Concentrix brand through effective marketing communications from conceptualization, development, design, and execution
  • Set the strategy and govern the global and regional visual brand identity
  • Lead a global team of talented designers to create content that is clear, concise, functional and compelling
  • Develop stellar presentations which clearly communicate our brand, message and story
  • Develop storyboards, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and more to communicate interaction and design ideas relevant to content and audience needs.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities.

  • Unquestionable ability to influence, ideate, and execute groundbreaking ideas and build strong teams focused on passion and creative innovation 
  • Proven track record in conceptualizing, developing, executing, and producing major brand or advertising campaigns on a large scale (i.e. regional, national, or global) for assigned brand or global company
  • Expert knowledge of advertising concepts, development, and production with proven ability to manage creative projects from conception through implementation
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in creative development and production at an ad agency, in-house creative team or other related industry
  • Expert knowledge of copywriting, static and video, production, post-production, and editing
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Advertising Management, Mass Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience and / or proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other design tools. HTML and CSS is a plus
  • You also need to have an active social presence – we need someone who understands the importance of social media engagement
  • Online portfolio must be submitted to be considered (please ensure any passwords are included)
