Healthcare Customer Service Rep

*Due to COVID-19 this position requires you to work REMOTE and ONSITE. The position will start training in a work from home environment and if/when the impact of COVID-19 decreases, and companies are allowed to resume to their normal business, the position will move to our onsite facility in Pueblo, CO.

Exactly what do we do?  We provide excellent customer service on behalf of our clients.  For example, when you call the customer service department for your cell phone or cable provider, you just might be talking to a Concentrix customer service agent – answering that call on behalf of one of our clients.  These calls might involve billing questions, changes or cancellation of services, inquiries on the status of an order, benefits, troubleshooting services etc.
