Sales Director- Customer Interactive Technology

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

  • Business to Business Solutions Selling Experience (Corporate)
  • Responsible for new business development & revenue growth in existing accounts
  • Excellent Communication Skills -Verbal, Written and Presentation
  • Experience deriving overall solutions with Corporate Executives up to "C" Level
  • Markets include Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Transportation, & Hospitality Sales Verticals
  • Work in collaboration with our Analytics and Customer Management divisions to drive Outcome-based solutions into new business opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and business consulting leads to establish optimal sales strategy for particular pursuits, based on client interactions
  • Forecast accurately and maintain system of record in Salesforce.com

Candidate Profile

  • Five or more years of Solution Selling Experience with Enterprise Software Solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or
  • Strong business acumen
  • Self – motivated
  • Passionate about CX Technology
  • Analytical skills, including ROI quantification and justification
