Associate Partner, Consulting

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish, direct and maintain the overall goals, strategy, policies and sales pipeline for a cross-industry business development function.
  • Lead efforts with sales and account management leadership to identify, qualify, propose, close and deliver cross-discipline Consulting engagements, including the High Value Services portfolio.
  • Oversee building and management of a team of consultants to deliver Consulting engagements.
  • Oversee and manage a book of business to ensure financial target achievement.
  • Represent Consulting practice priorities and contribution to the global practice business scaling.
  • Work with other functional areas to ensure alignment of company goals as set by senior management.


  • MBA or equivalent work experience
  • 10-20+ years’ experience in selling and delivering consulting, marketing strategy, marketing sciences/analytics, digital transformation and CX applications
  • Proven track record for designing, selling-in and implementing cross-functional marketing solutions for major global brands
  • Proven track record for building and managing a professional services team
  • Proven track record for building and managing a professional services pipeline with 50+ pursuits annually
