***ALREADY LICENSED? Please consider joining us in the fall. You may be eligible for our License in Hand Bonus of $1000 and an additional $500 for working through the end of the season.

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE CONCENTRIX HEALTHCARE LICENSING OPPORTUNITY:

  • Train and work remotely throughout the season
  • Obtain your MO Accident and Health Insurance License at no cost to you
  • Earn $12.00/hr. while training to obtain an Accident & Health Insurance License
  • All materials and resources, virtual training, testing & licensing fees included
  • Training will take place from an approved remote WAH environment via your own PC or Laptop
  • The next virtual training class will start on June 29th for a total of 9 days, including new hire orientation
  • Training will be presented from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and led by a certified licensed trainer to support your success in learning the material necessary to pass the state exam and obtain your licensure
  • After passing the state exam, you will be enrolled in five weeks of additional, paid Product & Sales training at $14.00/hr., beginning in August
  • Upon completion of Product & Sales Training, you will earn $16.00/hr. as a Seasonal Licensed Healthcare Advisor at Concentrix from September through December

At Concentrix, our Licensed Healthcare Insurance Advisors work with warm leads to provide a compassionate and people-centric consumer experience to members seeking support and guidance with their healthcare insurance options via inbound and outbound phone calls. The support that you will provide will be focused on identifying the consumer’s insurance needs; recommending the right insurance package for each consumer; and completing each transaction to ensure the consumer’s appropriate coverage.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A LICENSED ACCIDENT & HEALTH INSURANCE ADVISOR:

  • Conduct effective consultative selling by asking appropriate questions and matching the right product to the consumer’s needs, resulting in closed sales as well as increased consumer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accuracy of information collected.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve consumer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Place and/or receive consumer inquiries that may require deviation from a script or sales flow process.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and compliance to all state rules and regulations.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, procedures, and other important issues through management communications, meetings, client focus groups, and formal training.
  • Comply with all do-not-call and insurance regulatory standards.

 

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma is required– (some college preferred)
  • Must be a current resident of Missouri to obtain Missouri licensure
  • 1 year recent strong customer service experience required
  • 1 year previous consultative sales experience in a professional environment required - (2+ years of experience preferred)
  • Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales expertise
  • Prior experience in a call center, healthcare, or insurance environment is preferred
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and fingerprinting, required to obtain a Missouri and Non-Resident Licensures
  • Ability to successfully complete a typing & pre-employment assessment
  • Availability to work the assigned training schedule with excellent attendance and participation
  • Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays as per training and production schedules, as customer service is something that is provided by most companies every day of the week
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week within the hours of operation, with flexibility to change shifts as business needs may fluctuate
  • An aptitude to complete advance coursework in a fast paced training environment, retain knowledge and come prepared to participate daily
  • Excellent independent study habits
  • Ability to successfully complete the entire licensing training course, and pass the MO License Exam to become a Licensed Advisor with Concentrix in Arnold, MO
  • Excellent computer skills with experience operating within a Windows environment
  • Proficient internet navigation skills using multiple computer applications and dual monitors
  • Comfortable working in a fast-pace environment
  • Courteous with strong consumer service orientation
  • Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask (i.e. speaking, listening, researching and documenting information simultaneously while managing the pace of the call and maintaining focus on the customer)
  • Capacity to learn complex processes and policies
  • Ability to comprehend information quickly and educate customers with clear and concise delivery
  • Excellent listening and responding skills with a strong voice quality including, but not limited to professional tone and voice fluctuation
  • Possess ambitious, self-motivated and competitive sales drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy in all customer contact situations
  • Maximize opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Be resourceful and able to find answers to insurance related questions while being patient with the customer
  • Career-minded, positive, service-driven professionals with good organization skills
  • Ability to deescalate a situation and take ownership of customer satisfaction

  •  WAH Requirements Include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Ability to provide your own laptop or PC
  • Secured WIFI with high speed Internet service. Must have hard wired internet access beginning with 2nd phase of training.
  • A speed test will be conducted with a recruiter as part of the application process to ensure ability to access required systems
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work.
