Exactly what do we do? Instead of working in a traditional call center environment, our Concentrix Anywhere program hires sales & service agents who work from home.  For example, when you call the customer service department for your cell phone or cable provider, you just might be talking to a Concentrix home-based customer service & sales agent – answering that call on behalf of one of our clients.  These calls might involve billing questions, changes or cancellation of services, inquiries on the status of an order, troubleshooting services etc.

Where Are We Hiring?

Insurance Agent Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides service to clients’ changing insurance needs by selling life, health, and disability insurance.
  • Establishes productive working relationships with clients.
  • Develops base for long-term sources of clients.
  • Compiles lists of prospects.

  • Determines clients’ particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.
  • Ascertains clients’ long-term goals.
  • Develops a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.
  • Communicates with adjusters.
  • Obtains underwriting approval by completing application for coverage.
  • Completes coverage by delivering policy, planning future follow-up visits, and evaluations of needs.
  • Provides continuing service by providing direct deposit forms, processing changes in beneficiary, and analyzing policy loan applications.
  • Provides death benefits by delivering policy proceeds and reassessing client needs.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BA in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred by many employers
  • State license
  • Continuing education credits
  • A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work. 
  • A telephone, landline or cell is required based on position offered.  
  • All positions may require the purchasing of equipment from headset, flash drive to dual monitors. They are not required as part of the application process, so please do not purchase them before we extend a job offer to you. 
  • A strong candidate will be computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously. 
  • We need you to be a “people person” who enjoys talking and assisting others.  Think about how much you enjoy receiving excellent customer service yourself?  Well, we need you to take pride in providing that same great service to others.
  • We require 7 days/week availability, as customer service is something that is provided by most companies every day of the week. 
  • Schedules vary and will be discussed during the interview.
