Career Description/Summary:

If you like working in close-knit teams, can handle a fast-paced, fun environment and you're eager to help people, we want to talk to you! We are currently looking for bold, tenacious and out-going people to join our team. This customer service position provides first point of contact with current and potential consumers to meet and satisfy general information needs. The Agent has the following areas of responsibility: answers general consumer inquiries, obtain consumer information and data, inputs consumer data and file information, analyze consumer situations, determine need for escalation and assist in resolving consumer concerns.

  • Ability to collaborate with peers, internal partners and external customers to offer them an excellent customer service journey
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal)
  • Monitor all expressions about our client
  • Pro-actively share knowledge with our client to improve their products and services
  • Pro-actively, as well as re-actively, respond to our customers to help them solve a broad range of questions regarding their products and services
  • Strive for 100% customer satisfaction on all contact platforms including social media
  • Manage, maintain and improve online reputation of client

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, some secondary level education preferred
  • Experience in customer service: ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner to both external and internal customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers in SPANISH and ENGLISH.
  • Team player and wiliness to learn
