Director, Analytic Sales

The Director, Analytic Sales is responsible for driving new business of CXTI through successful implementation of sales expansion strategies within the CRM customer base. The incumbent will successfully establish business relationships at the highest levels within the client organization, with the goal of expanding the CXTI services Concentrix provides to the client and meeting/exceeding current bookings sales targets.

In this capacity, the seller will develop and implement sales account and business partnership strategies and programs to increase new sales and growth to existing. The seller will need to work with both existing CRM Account Managers and New Logo CRM Sellers to position the three core technology offerings in CXTI – Analytics, CCaS (Amazon Connect) and Voice of Customer.

The incumbent is expected to carry out “white space mapping” across the assigned Customer Portfolio and execute on a sales strategy which effectively sells in CXTI products and services

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategy to meet the agreed yearly bookings target.  
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers and expanding wallet share with existing customers
  • Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the highest discipline around mapping of the “white space” for the assigned accounts.
  • Identify and implement the “Go to market” approach,
  • Deliver on the short term and long-term revenue and operating income targets
  • Respond to RFP’s in Analytics, digital transformation or technology solution from the CXTI Portfolio

Profile & Experience

  • Business development and account management experience with a consultative / transformation selling and solutioning approach
  • Experience of selling in the CXTI space (Analytics, CCaS (Amazon Connect) and Voice of Customer)
  • CRM BPO /outsourcing industry experience would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience of selling in a highly matrixed environment
  • Collaborate with Sales Support, Operations and other departments to scope and price VOC solutions that meet client’s business requirements and align to established sales strategy for the account
  • Executive presence and the substance to successfully operate at CEO and Board level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close deals
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
