Talent Intern

  • Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior talent acquisition partners or leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Design creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for the specific roles.
  • Conduct industry research or understand the best practices from other regions to provide market insights to hiring team.
  • Support various recruiting projects and programs, such as campus and internship projects and D&I initiatives.
  • Provide support for the talent acquisition team ensuring data and processes are completed and accurate.

  • Consistently ensure the highest level of candidate experience through coordinating interview schedules and special events


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with less than one year of relevant experience preferred.
  • A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
