Please read before applying: This position is open to Chattanooga area, TN/Northwest Georgia residents ONLY.

This will start as a remote position, with computer equipment provided by Concentrix, and with the understanding that the employee will start by working from their home but will return to on-site program procedures and work schedules once the site is reopened. Employees are responsible for providing a secure, quiet workspace and their own high-speed internet connections.*

*Upon applying, you will be sent an assessment and a typing test that you must complete to progress in the hiring process. The typing test MUST be done from a computer. If selected to move forward, you will then be required to complete an internet speed test using your computer and a hardwired internet connection. Results from wifi or a smartphone will NOT be accepted.

Hours of Operation

  • Must be flexible and available to work during all open hours of operation
  • 7 days a week, 8am to 10pm
    Training will occur Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm; however, production schedules will shift to a broader day of week coverage, including weekends
  • Training length: 10 days PST & tech onboarding

Benefits & Compensation Information

  • Full-time, pay starts at $13.25/hour, with shift differential of $.50/hour after 7pm on weeknights and all weekend

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities 

  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database


Candidate Profile 

  • High school diploma/GED is REQUIRED, with six plus months of customer service experience preferred
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Ability to learn including strong problem solving skills
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail
  • Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
  • Able to rotate shifts, as needed
