Job Description

This position provides customer service and technical support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client products or services via inbound calls with customers.


This position is open only to residents of Chattanooga, TN, and immediate surrounding areas (up to a 40-mile radius). Will transition to an on-site role (see below for details).

This position will begin as a remote position, with computer equipment provided by Concentrix, and with the understanding that employees will start working from home but will return to on-site program procedures and work schedules once the site is reopened. Employees are responsible for providing a secure, quiet workspace and their own high-speed internet connections.

Hours of Operation

  • Must be flexible and available to work during all open hours of operation:
  • Monday-Sunday (7 days per week), 8:00am to 11:00pm (EST) M-F; 8:00am to 8:00pm (EST) Sat-Sun
  • Paid training will occur Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 10:00pm (EST); however, production schedules will shift to a broader day of week coverage which includes weekends
  • Training length: 10-15 days program-specific training & 10 days of nesting/transition

Benefits & Compensation Information

  • Full-time
  • Wages up to $15/hour, with shift differential of $.50/hour after 7pm on weekdays and all day on Saturday & Sunday after training has been completed
  • New Fall Bonus: Earn up to an extra $750 if hired for classes starting on 9/13/21, 9/20/21, & 10/4/21 - ask your recruiter for details!

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Minimum six months of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Dependable, with proficient attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including ability to maintain a pleasant and professional tone
  • Flexible and able to rotate shifts as needed
