What You’ll be Doing: 
As a Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Sales Specialist, you will interface with existing policy holders via inbound phone calls regarding new insurance coverage, to provide the following primary services. Handle fire (“home and renter policy”), new auto as per the process outlined, by offering bundling options to the customer, making necessary modifications to the present price, and work with existing customer new line of business calls that will include quoting, binding, and/or communicating ineligibility to customers.
You will also work with cancellation calls and follow procedures to retain a current customer and process cancellation of policies in the event customer cancels his/her policy

Candidates must be MISSOURI RESIDENTS and have a High School Diploma or Equivalent. 

We are also seeking bilingual candidates, language: Spanish
