Your passion for doing good for other people will help you bond with your customers and your team. You will actively listen and troubleshoot to provide a great customer experience. Your attention to detail, ability to think outside the box, excellent communication, and passion will help you excel in this role. As a Non-licensed Customer Service Representative, you will interface with existing policy holders via inbound phone calls regarding new and existing insurance coverage to provide the following primary services. Answer payment questions, processing payments, and payment plan transactions. Provide Proof on Insurance, updating caller information, changing agents or transferring to agents, and answering general policy questions. Handle customer password resets, failed authentications, and registration on applications or customer portals. Answer general inquiries about the claim, assisting policyholders administratively with existing insurance claims or transferring new claim calls. Handle emergency roadside service, expense and glass claims calls that include general information for emergency roadside services. Handle requests to cancel call including, but not limited to, supporting cancellation requests, and/or transfer call to a licensed rep, when necessary. Solve customer’s needs on first contact through simple, high quality and personalized experiences for every customer.


  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work within the hours of operation of 6:30AM to 11:00PM CT, Current scheduling demands of Tuesday through Saturday
  • Must be comfortable to pass an extensive background check
