The Work:

A well-qualified candidate in this role will handle inbound calls and place outbound follow up calls to healthcare providers to help manage payments and payment methods. Additionally this role will provide troubleshooting with how to register or view documents within the client’s web site.

The Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of relevant experience preferred    

Courteous with strong customer service orientation    

Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge    

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally     

Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner    

Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
