About the role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls. You will be working within a team of Service Officers assisting the Australian community in resolving a diverse range of customer enquiries.

You are required to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail as the role handles critical and sensitive data.

Two options of Permanent Part Time to suit your lifestyle

  • Option 1: 4 days, 30 hours per week on a rotating roster, 7am to 8pm (4 weeks notice on the roster)
  • Option 2: Flexi Part Time shifts - 5 days, 30 hours per week on a set roster: 7am-1pm (M-F), 9am-3pm, (M-F), 1pm-7pm (M-F)

Who are you?

You are fanatical about providing the highest level of customer service. You are resilient and have the ability to demonstrate this through managing assorted situations to provide an outcome.

  • Proficient in the use of computers and systems.
  • Previous customer service experience highly desirable
  • Willingness to learn and take on coaching and feedback openly.
