Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Acts as a Business Partner IT Liaison for Internal stakeholders for technical support, projects and new technologies.
  • Partners with Internal stakeholders to ensure effective technology solutions
  • Aligns IT services and tools to internal stakeholder priorities
  • Proactively identifies opportunities where technology will bring benefit, improve efficiency and/or effectiveness of the business unit
  • Partners with business leadership and other key stakeholders to prioritize projects
  • Ensures investment in technology solutions aligns with business goals and deliver tangible business value
  • Oversees program/project implementation, schedule changes, and communicate status and risks to business stakeholders
  • Collaborates with deployment teams to plan, execute and deliver
  • Engages with External vendors as needed
  • Manages stakeholder expectations

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of related experience
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Excellent Communications skills
  • Attention to details
