About the role

As an Inbound Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls. You will be working in a supportive and structured, team environment with a set criteria to problem solve and resolve a variety of customer enquiries.

What's in it for you?

  • Full Time 38 hours per week or Part Time 30 hours per week.
  • Pay: $50k + super + penalties as applicable and incentives up to $480 per month
  • Location: CBD location across the road from Central Station
  • Roster: 4 week rotating roster between 7 am - 8 pm, Monday to Friday
  •  – NO WEEKEND WORK
  • Training: 5 weeks full-time paid training in a hyper supportive environment

Who are you?

You are fanatical about providing the highest level of customer service to all of our customer base. You are resilient and can demonstrate this through managing tough conversations with customers to provide an outcome.

  • Full Time and Part Time opportunities available
  • Full availability across operational hours (Mon-Fri, 7am-8pm)
  • MUST be an Australian Citizen
  • You have experience working towards both individual and team KPI's
  • Proficient in the use of computers and systems 
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience highly valued
  • Willingness to learn and take on coaching and feedback openly
  • Ability to resilience to service high volumes of critical and sensitive data
