General Description:

A great opportunity for insides sales professionals with variable earning potential on top of a base salary. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to small business’ marketing products and services from cold call to close. In addition, you will be responsible for validating and/or updating our database with pertinent prospect information, and qualifying/closing prospects who have requested further information or actions.


  • Place cold calls into targeted prospect accounts
  • Technically profile prospect calls as directed
  • Meet or exceed minimum requirements for the sales and results measurements based on targeted KPI’s to ensure activity is sufficient to drive sales results
  • Meet or exceed goals for sales/revenue daily
  • Start and finish the sales process from cold call to closed won
  • Manage/build proper sales pipeline
  • Create and manage your own client base upsell/cross sell additional and new products and services
  • Maintain and retain customer base ensure total base revenue increases MOM/YOY
  • Gather customer data and enter accurate information into provided CRM
  • Peer Monitoring/Mentoring
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Assist management in activities and projects as required


Your passion for doing good for other people will help you bond with your customers and your team. You will actively listen and troubleshoot to provide a great customer experience. Your attention to detail, ability to think outside the box, excellent communication, and passion will help you excel in this role. 


  • Must be able to pass a 7-year background check Misdemeanor/Felony
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • US Citizen 
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment with extreme attention to detail and ownership.
  • Advanced Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)

Additional WAH Information:      This is a full-time position that will be Work-At-Home on a temporary basis in response to COVID-19 (you have the option to work onsite if that works for you). You will report to the site on day 1 to pick up your equipment and sign the required releases.  You will be given two hours to return home and get everything set up and logged in.  Once we return to business as usual, you will be required to report to work onsite.
