GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

In this position, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, partnering with account executives to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month.  Engage construction professionals via phone, email, and other channels to understand challenges and identify opportunities to resolve.  Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to create new opportunities for new business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

  • Pre-call research and planning
  • Make a high volume of calls per day
  • Follow-up with previous contacts
  • Maintain Salesforce records
  • Place cold/warm calls into targeted prospect accounts
  • Technically profile prospect calls as directed
  • Meet or exceed minimum requirements for the sales and results measurements based on targeted KPI’s to ensure activity is sufficient to drive sales results
  • Meet or exceed goals for sales/revenue daily
  • Start and finish the sales process from cold call to closed won
  • Manage/build proper sales pipeline
  • Create and manage your own client base upsell/cross sell additional and new products and services
  • Maintain and retain customer base ensure total base revenue increases MOM/YOY
  • Gather customer data and enter accurate information into provided CRM
  • Peer Monitoring/Mentoring
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Assist management in activities and projects as required

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:

  • Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal/misdemeanor background check
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a desire to pursue a career in sales
  • Will to achieve results and the perseverance to push harder when the going gets tough
  • Enjoy working in an ambitious collaborative environment-inspire your to team to be better while achieving your goals
  • Be self-aware, reflective, and able to digest feedback critically and adapt to overcome challenges
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday, within the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm if needed
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, using a CRM & web-based tools.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a positive telephone personality, along with strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal & writing skills
  • Ability to toggle between multiple monitors and software while conducting sales calls with perspective clients
  • Accurately notate completed calls and disposition calls correctly

Additional WAH Information: This is a full-time position that will be Work-At-Home on a temporary basis in response to COVID-19 (you have the option to work onsite if that works for you). You will report to the site on day 1 to pick up your equipment and sign the required releases.  You will be given two hours to return home and get everything set up and logged in.  Once we return to business as usual, you will be required to report to work onsite.
