Client Success Manager (Remote-USA Anywhere)

 Our Client Success Management team is growing!  We are currently searching for highly organized, analytic-minded, strong communicators who are passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals using customer feedback, specifically VOC surveys and access to VOC data and insights.

We’re looking to hire an experienced Client Success Manager – we’re open to talking to newcomers with only 2 years of experience to veterans with 20+ years and anyone in-between!  Ideally, you’ll be a member of our Cincinnati, Ohio based team – but we are open to experienced candidates who live outside the area as well.  You’ll be a part of our Client Success Management team, responsible for implementing and maintaining critical VOC survey programs, functioning as a key member of cross-functional teams and building relationships with clients every day as you help them optimize their survey programs and fully leverage the power of customer feedback! 

Your Role:

  • Design surveys

  • Oversee implementation of VOC programs

  • Manage multiple projects in a variety of industries

  • Interact directly with clients to discuss design, consult on actions to be taken, work through project details, discuss status updates, and assist with delivery of results

  • Interact closely with internal cross functional teams who support various program elements such as programming, sample management, analysis and real-time platform results.

  • Partner with our Sales and Executive teams to identify ways we can continue evolving our services and support and growing our client relationships

The Background We’re Looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Research or another related field; a Master’s degree is a plus!

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting clients

  • Customer satisfaction/customer loyalty research experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A curious disposition and an analytic mind

  • A big picture perspective with an eye for detail

  • A desire to learn and grow professionally

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
