The Site Administrator/Receptionist will report up the to Site Leader/Manager and involved in regular operations meetings and client meetings, as required that can be of confidential and technical nature.

Primary responsibility of the Site Administrator/Receptionist role is to ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of agents within the client people management tools, liaison the same onboarding/offboarding to Training and People Solutions stakeholders, coordinate agent trainings with the client's training center leads, track and update various reports as required.

The position requires solid experience in Microsoft Suite package - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, has a solid understanding of Google Drive and Applications, Calendar, and Hangouts, and can liaison information in a semi-technical fashion.

Required Experience:

Microsoft Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Team

Google Suite - Drive, Calendar, Hangouts, Applications

At least 2 year of site administrative or reception experience in a technical environment preferred.

Associates Degree in Business Management or Related Field preferred
