Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) Finnish Support

 for our technical customer service for our Power Tools client.

 

Your tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for our clients Power Tools customers by phone, e-mail and chat.
  • You answer customers' questions about prices, delivery times and orders.
  • You deal with complaints, returns and credit notes and find the right solution for each customer as well as for internal employees.
  • Thanks to you, customers are perfectly informed about products, promotions and possible applications of Bosch tools.

 

Your profile:

  • Are you a passionate do-it-yourselfer, have you worked in technical customer support or gained experience in construction? Or are you a skilled craftsman looking for a new perspective?
  • Are you confident in written and spoken English at B2 level and in finishing at native speaker level? Re-write – Finnish is the key and shouldn’t be hidden
  • Thanks to your level-headed and understanding manner, you are able to solve escalations and satisfy the customer needs.
  • You are confident in using a PC and carefully maintain the client's database. Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is welcome, but not a prerequisite.
