About the Role

Our Online Sales Advertising team connects with key small to mid-size business customers and guides them through the process of ensuring they successfully manage their online advertising campaigns. In this role, you will work to identify priority accounts and partner with them to ensure they optimize their advertising spend.  

As an Online Sales Advertising Representative, you will be an essential component of our client’s goals to provide the most efficient and effective ways for businesses to build new customers and reach new audiences. We are looking for someone who understands digital marketing, has a passion for sales, and can become a trusted advisor to clients. You Will:

  • Prioritize customer accounts and ensure they optimize their ad buy through a consultative sales process
  • Be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound customer calls and chat as well as accurately notating updates to prospective accounts on a CRM
  • Partner with clients to solve their issues, continually promote client’s ad platform, and communicate pre-sales information to B2B organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for other teams to add value to the customer relationship and act accordingly
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients and use a consultative-based sales approach with key decision makers in an organization
  • Keep informed on market forces and changes to the digital marketing eco-system
  • Convert prospective clients into leads
  • Conduct reviews of sales pipeline and provide forecasting, tracking of leads and prospects, and track sales goal attainment

You Have:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A year of experience in sales   
  • Online advertising and outbound sales experience is a plus
  • Previous experience of consultative selling
  • Prior experience utilizing software to track customer activity
  • Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, make effective outbound calls, and relationship building skills
