Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative, creative, and proactive HRIS solutions and training that are consistent with the organization's overall strategies
  • Working with project work streams to design, implement and maintain best practices systems and processes to support HR Systems.
  • Support Workday releases for any Recruiting related features and functionalities and implement them in a timely manner if applicable
  • Configuration and Support of Workday Core HCM and Recruiting functional areas to meet business needs.
  • Acts as an administrator for Workday Core HCM and Recruiting functional work streams.
  • Utilize analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, driving projects, and delivering effective, while providing value-added solutions.
  • Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems
  • Research and resolve unexpected results or internal process flaws. Effectively prioritize and deploy solutions that can replace manual process.
  • Create and utilize Workday reports as needed to support assigned workstreams.
  • Assumes the role of SME on projects and drive results to meet business requirements.
  • Ability to work in global setup and assume varying responsibilities based on the requirements.
  • Ability to work with the audit teams to ensure all key controls met.
  • Apply prior experience and consistently drive value for the business by championing innovative solutions.
  • Partner with various groups/individuals to achieve the desired time bound results on internal projects/initiatives.
  • Perform activities across functional areas and interact directly with internal and corporate customers with respect to planning, problem resolution, process improvement and reporting
  • Develop and follow standard operating procedures for regularly occurring processes.
  • Train other HRIS resources who may have less experience to support Workday configurations as needed
  • Provide back-up coverage to other team members when needed

Candidate Profile

  • 3 - 5 Years of Workday Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex situations and problems
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deliverable dates
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
  • Effective communication between business partners from various cultural backgrounds
