We are looking for Full-Time Customer Care Specialists to join our dedicated team located on site at our Ballarat Delivery Centre representing our electric vehicle client.  As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle a variety of inbound and outbound enquiries across calls, emails and chats relating to general and sales enquiries.

  • Provide positive, enthusiastic, and passionate service through calls, emails, chat and outbound events to exceed the expectations of our customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and create a positive atmosphere
  • Consistently achieve targets and KPI’s

About the Role:

  • Pay rate $23.67 per hour + Super + penalties after 7pm and weekends
  • 2 weeks full time paid training will be provided
  • Start date 4th April 2022
  • Operating hours - Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm
  • Applicants are required to hold and maintain a valid Australian Drivers Licence
