What will you do in this role? 

As an Advisor II Blended Support on the Banking & Financial Services​ Team at Concentrix, you will: 

  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. 

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer. 

  • Assist credit card holders and answer any customer service question that they may have, resolve overdue bills, and collect payments from the party responsible for the debt via inbound and outbound calls, chat, and emails. 

  • Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database. 

  • Invest in our customer’s success by offering additional products and/or services. 

  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators 

Who You Are: 

As an Advisor II Blended Support your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have: 

  • 1 year of customer service and/or financial industry experience.

  • Talent for delivering outstanding service. 

  • Adept communication skills, in both written and verbal form.

  • The natural instinct to multitask, be flexible, and adapt to changes. 

  • The knack for being detail oriented. 

  • The ability to do rotational shifts as needed. 

  • Strong computer proficiency. 

  • The ability and desire to learn the program you will support.

  • Propensity for problem-solving using program resources and prior knowledge. 

  • The ability to work both as a team member and independently when needed. 

  • The talent to demonstrate patience while maintaining a pleasant and professional manner with customers.
