What will you do in this role?

As an Advisor II Blended Support Brand Ambassador you will:

This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services for Our client is one of the leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of financial services to a substantial and diversified client base, that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high-net-worth individuals.

Here at Concentrix we assist credit card holders and answer any customer service question that they may have via inbound and outbound calls, chat and emails.

  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’).
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  • Resolve overdue bills and collect payments from the party responsible for the debt.
  • Address client queries regarding delinquent accounts and help to develop repayment plans.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Invest in our customer’s success by offering additional products and/or services.
  • Be tenacious in tracking, documenting and retrieving information in call tracking database.
  • Fraud prevention
  • Collections
  • Transaction disputes

Who You Are:

  • Patience in working with customers is second nature for you.
  • The ability to do rotational shifts as needed.
  • Based on location and/or program, additional skills may be required.
  • 1 year of customer service, financial and/or “call center” experience preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required.
  • Strong computer proficiency required.
  • Ability and desire to learn the program you will support.
  • Propensity for problem-solving using program resources and prior knowledge.
  • Dependable in meeting shift requirements.
  • Ability to work both as a team member and independently when needed.
  • Demonstrate patience while maintaining a pleasant and professional manner.
