Sr. Consultant, Global Compensation

The Sr. Consultant, Global Compensation is responsible for supporting Concentrix's Technical Organizations' Compensation strategy by providing expertise and oversight in designing, evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering global compensation bench-marking programs (survey management, MarketPay administration, annual market competitiveness review) that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.

Position has the option to be fully remote based in any US state/ Canada or LATAM.

Your Tasks:
 

• Analyze, design, and implement the Technical organization's compensation programs, including but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, global bench-marking, or other compensation programs.

• Understand technical/high tech market conditions and best practices and apply to technical org's compensation philosophy, strategic plans, and organizational changes to ensure compensation policies and programs are aligned; partners with stakeholders to develop and implement creative and proactive solutions to remain compliant and competitive

• Lead market pricing efforts, perform job evaluation, and ad-hoc analysis

• Create communication materials and conduct training related to technical orgs' compensation programs as needed

• Leverages industry leading practices wherever possible; develops optimization strategies; ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.

• Assists in development and execution of change management strategies.

• Builds credibility and develops trusted relationships with PS Business Partners and business leaders.

Your Profile:
 

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline and five or more years of progressive professional experience in Compensation.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.

• Strong influencing and coaching, collaboration and communication skills.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Ability to identify issues and develop solutions to a variety of problems of diverse scope and complexity

• Analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings to a variety of audiences including senior management.

• Interpersonal skills to influence and guide all levels of employees, including senior management.

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects; and excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
