    What will you do in this role?

    As a Technical Customer Service Advisor on the Operations Team at Concentrix, you will:

  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Fix billing problems
  • Resolve technical issues
  • Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences
  • Who You Are:

    As a Technical Customer Service Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm minimum
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, preferred
  • A passion for helping others
