What you need to have is: 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Excellent Italian language skills  

  • Advanced level of English (B2) 

  • Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage 

  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications) 

  • Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills 

  • Readiness to work on shifts Monday to Sunday 

  • Team player with a great positive attitude and strong interpersonal skill 

  • High school education
