Business Analyst

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities: 

  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly statistical reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain tools and databases to collect, translate, standardize and report from multiple internal and external sources to enable visibility of the progress/status of quality metrics through our enterprise, clients and LOB’s internal and external customers.
  • Assess reports and, where possible, improves effectiveness of all reports templates.
  • Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to Quality management.
  • Solicit feedback from team members, management and customers on an ongoing basis.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and systems that may help the team. 
  • Work with Operations to gather and assess statistical data on Quality Assurance.
  • Provide technical specialized reporting to clients when and where necessary.
  • Communicates trends based on statistical reports to management.
  • Implement effective quality programs within the department.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience as Analyst Reporting or equivalent Data Analyst position
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of two years related experience is a plus
  • Exposure to Quality models like Six Sigma, COPC, etc. is a plus
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and address costumer needs and work in a highly interdependent team in which the output is mission critical
  • A self-confident, professional and customer service oriented personality with problem-solving skills, multitasking ability and endurance even in difficult situations
  • Quick comprehension, learning ability and a structured approach with high attention to details, meeting timelines and follow through
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (formula writing, Data Connections, SQL) is required
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English at least B2 level
