Associate Site Director (f/m/d) in Zagreb

We are building a new site in Zagreb and you can kick off the foundation of the business as an Associate Site Director (f/m/d)!

You are responsible for the first set up on site and build it up from scratch. You will provide our clients with high service standards by using your team members and the technical resources of our site as effectively and efficiently as possible. To do this, you always keep the relevant key figures in focus, analyse them and use them to derive improvements in our clients' projects.

Our location in Zagreb will grow up to 200 employees. In order to fulfil this responsibility, you will contribute your experience and broad skills as a service-minded service provider, a sales talent with strong communication skills, an appreciative coach and trainer, a motivator and a forward-looking manager.

Your tasks:

You will work closely with management and your team to develop both strategic and day-to-day actions and plans, and will also interact closely with other departments to ensure the best mutual flow of information for the best results

You develop and engage your team of leaders and are a great role model for them in coaching employees, providing development opportunities, and continually building and expanding team skills and strengths

You consistently strive for improvement and drive positive development of site metrics such as quality, productivity, staffing, training, turnover and costs

You will use your expert knowledge of all relevant influencing factors of a customer service center to win and retain both your team and our clients in the best possible way

Whether technical, process-related or operational issues - you take a holistic view of your site and identify, solve and manage all challenges and issues related to your site

Your profile:

You have extensive experience in managing a large call center or your own location

You are a communication and presentation talent and can easily adapt to your very different discussion partners, whether internal or external, written or verbal

You have gained solid experience leading and organizing multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment

Mentoring and coaching employees and entire teams, providing strategic leadership and guidance to your team's leaders is close to your heart

Financial policy and budget requirements, including accurate forecasts, are your usual field of activity

You are creative and imaginative in your commitment to significant projects, clients and business initiatives, as well as to the people you lead

You have the ability to build and shape excellent long-term relationships with clients and are able to communicate this ability to your team.

You know the industry and have a very comprehensive understanding of business processes

Very good written and spoken German and a good command of English, Croatian native speaker

A very high degree of independence, drive and sense of responsibility is a matter of course for you
