Associate, Operations Port Campaign Administrator

Essential / Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assist in the validation of vehicle repair procedures and software updates for their effectiveness
  • Assist with the Communication to all parties the information necessary to complete port campaigns, vehicle repairs and software updates as requested by HMC.
  • Assist in the coordination of the shipment of defective parts for further analysis when requested.
  • Assist with the coordination of the supply of replacement parts as needed by the five seaports through to port campaign completion.
  • Assist with creating, maintaining, and distributing weekly and when requested, daily port campaign completion status reports.
  • Assist in providing vehicle inventory status reports when requested.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Three + years’ experience in Automotive Quality Control / Quality Assurance
  • Extensive automotive technical knowledge
  • Proprietary hardware / software knowledge
  • Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Photographic skills
  • Vehicle evaluation in both static and dynamic conditions
  • High degree of cross functional cooperation / coordination
  • Ability to lead through influence vs direct authority
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral formats
