Key Responsibilities

Contract Analysis

  • Read and Analyze contracts for core deliverables, Obligations, Critical Terms and Conditions
  • Create exhaustive checklist of Contract terms covering potential Risks. Highlight them to internal stakeholders and subject them to further compliance reviews as per process
  • Assess criticality or importance of the contract obligations and maintain a Contract analysis tracker which is to be shared with the account’s teams for further action

Compliance Reviews

  • Work with a senior team member and support them to Plan, organize and conduct audits based on the plan and/or as requested by management.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with management to describe audit objectives, coverage areas, timing, and protocols for concerns, changes and escalations.
  • Communicate Review schedule to account leaders
  • Send RFI requests in preparation of a review
  • Conduct compliance reviews to observe and evaluate the delivery of contracted services to ensure compliance with contracts Identify compliance gaps against contract terms
  • Develop detailed compliance review report with clear compliance gaps and recommendations
  • Recommend actions plans and collaborate with appropriate departments to obtain Action taken and closure timelines
  • Support Account teams on getting Self-Assessment compliance reviews done on accounts that are eligible for same

Account Support

  • Educate account teams on core contract terms obligations during the contract reviews
  • Take up special projects as assigned by Compliance leader from time to time
  • Follow up on actions plans assigned from various compliance reviews till closure
  • Prepare dashboards and presentations to share findings observations or lessons learnt from various compliance activities

  • Should be passionate about helping our account teams succeed, should not hesitate to think of innovative ideas, creative solutions that help account teams meet contract obligations
  • Should be passionate about problem solving and must have an eye for detail along with problem solving skills
  • Must be willing to learn to new skills and should willing to constantly learn and adapt as per changing business needs
  • Should not hesitate to unlearn old practices / notions and warmly embrace latest methodologies, tools & techniques
  • Must be very comfortable in working with cross functional team and other departments like Pricing, Sales, Solutions, Transitions etc.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills are a must
  • This is a High visibility and a High impact role hence the candidate should be confident and mature enough to interact directly with senior leaders like Account managers, DPE or Delivery senior managers on various compliance activities

Desired Skillset

  • Should have Good awareness of contracts
  • Should have ability to read and understand customer contracts
  • Prior experience in any one of following legal / Delivery / WFM/ Risk Management / Finance /Compliance roles is preferred
  • Prior experience in Audit, Internal controls, Testing, Finance, WFM, Delivery (Ability to manage teams) will be useful for this role
  • Good understanding of Operations/Outsourcing delivery environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under strict timelines
  • Must be very good in following up on Open items or action items assigned to multiple stakeholder and tracking them till closure
  • Comfortable in multitasking and working on more than one activity simultaneously
  • Ability to Listen and accurately capture others’ ideas, expectations and concerns
  • Should be clear and concise in written communications and report writing
  • Able to work in rapidly changing environment and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong and highly motivated work ethic with ability to perform well under pressure
