Title: Technical Support

Location: Onsite 540 Dundas St W, Belleville Ont.

Must live in the Belleville area this is NOT A Work at home position.

We are growing our team of Technical Support Advisors. This is a great opportunity for you to build a Technical Support career.

What will you do in this role? 

As a Technical Support Advisor on our new line of business at Concentrix, you will:

• Taking voice Calls
• Answering inquires
• Building a positive customer experience
• Technical troubleshooting

Who You Are:

As a Technical Support Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• Customer service experience
• Experience with problem-solving and complex troubleshooting
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong listening skills to be able to understand, empathize and resolve customer issue
• Open availability to work weekdays between the hours of 9am-9pm EST, and weekends 9am-6pm
