What will you do in this role?
As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will:
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Solve problems that are generally unstructured and require extensive use of conceptual thinking skills
- Track packages and review shipment dates and locations

- Six plus months of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A passion for helping others
