What will you do in this role?

As a Customer Service Representative on the healthcare team at Concentrix, you will:

  • Resolve billing issues and address claims questions/inquiries
  • Address benefits and enrollment questions/inquiries
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect the privacy of the customer

  • Experience in a medical office or hospital setting as administrative staff
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
