What will you do in this role?
As a Customer Service Representative on the healthcare team at Concentrix, you will:
- Resolve billing issues and address claims questions/inquiries
- Address benefits and enrollment questions/inquiries
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect the privacy of the customer

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:
- Experience in a medical office or hospital setting as administrative staff
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
