What Will I Be Doing?

Customer Services Profile

  • Advising customers about products and services
  • Professional support for individual questions and finding solutions for customer issues
  • Providing unique customer experience

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent communication and German language skills
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Good PC skills

Desirable requirements:

  • Relevant professional experience or commercial apprenticeship
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good listening skills

Sales Profile

  • Selling products and services (cross selling & up selling)
  • Maintain and strengthen customer retention
  • Providing product / service information to support customers buying decisions

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent communication and German language skills
  • Quick comprehension and solution-oriented thinking
  • Social competence
  • Good PC skills

Desirable requirements:

  • Relevant Experience in Call Centers or Sales
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in meeting sales targets
